About the event
We're pleased to announce our upcoming Tech Talk titled "Energy Transition and the Challenges and Opportunities within Renewable Energy", featuring Simen Moxnes from Equinor.
Simen has been with Equinor since 1998 (Hydro > StatoilHydro > Equinor) in a variety of positions and departments. He has experience from several projects and was technical manager for the Hywind Demo project that delivered the world's first full scale floating offshore wind turbine that has been in operation since 2009. As Chief Engineer within marine technology, we was Lead Chief Engineer and responsible for decision gate quality control of major investment projects like Johan Castberg, Johan Sverdrup and Dudgeon Offshore Wind through all decision gates from DG1 - Dg3. Simen in currently working as Senior Advisor within New Energy Systems in Equinor, with a main focus on the energy transition.
